I have heard horror stories about other landlords in this town, but love that I can say I don’t have that issue. I have been in the same rental for three years and don’t have plans to leave anytime soon.

Dawn and Pat are very approachable people, and go out of their way to make their tenants feel welcome and not like ‘just another renter’. One example of this is when they leave Christmas cards and little gifts at the house at Christmas time. Much appreciated 🙂
